For Side Sessions and Lunchtime Seminar, is the submission of an abstract mandatory?
It is not mandatory; however, if you wish to submit one, please do so by Friday, January 30.
A designated template is available, so please contact the WVAC2026 Sponsorship & Exhibition Organizer (wvac2026-admin@convention.co.jp) for further details.
Is it permitted to bring in or distribute food and beverages?
As a general rule, bringing in or distributing food and beverages intended for on-site consumption—including bottled drinks—is not permitted.
However, the distribution of packaged products manufactured by your company is allowed. Please note that all forms of food or beverage preparation, including pouring drinks into cups, are strictly prohibited.
For inquiries regarding the eligibility of specific items, please contact the WVAC2026 Sponsorship & Exhibition Organizer (wvac2026-admin@convention.co.jp) .
Is it permitted to bring biological specimens or materials into the venue?
As a general rule, such items are not allowed. However, biological specimens or materials directly related to research purposes or the scientific scope of the conference may be permitted. Please note that prior submission of a Biological Materials Submission Agreement is required. If you wish to bring such materials, please contact the WVAC2026 Sponsorship & Exhibition Organizer (wvac2026-admin@convention.co.jp) in advance.
Will there be a storage area for exhibitors’ belongings?
A designated storage area will be provided within the Exhibition Hall (Hall E). Further details will be communicated at a later date.
What is the submission deadline for materials requiring data submission?
The submission deadline for all materials requiring data submission is Friday, January 30.
