Is it permitted to bring in or distribute food and beverages?

As a general rule, bringing in or distributing food and beverages intended for on-site consumption—including bottled drinks—is not permitted.
However, the distribution of packaged products manufactured by your company is allowed. Please note that all forms of food or beverage preparation, including pouring drinks into cups, are strictly prohibited.

Is it permitted to bring biological specimens or materials into the venue?

As a general rule, such items are not allowed. However, biological specimens or materials directly related to research purposes or the scientific scope of the conference may be permitted. Please note that prior submission of a Biological Materials Submission Agreement is required. If you wish to bring such materials, please contact the WVAC2026 Sponsorship & Exhibition Organizer (wvac2026-admin@convention.co.jp) in advance.
